Frequently Asked Questions
Knee High Agencies connects independent Western Australian retailers with a carefully curated range of baby and children’s brands.
From my Osborne Park showroom, I work closely with store owners to help plan collections, compare products and build ranges that genuinely work — all in one place.
Across the brands I represent, you’ll find a mix of in-season stock available for immediate delivery, along with seasonal pre-order collections, giving you flexibility in how you buy.
-
Orders can be placed in the way that suits you best:
Directly through me (your agent) — in the showroom, via email or over the phone
During your showroom or virtual appointment
Via brand B2B ordering systems (where available)
If you’re unsure where to order, I’ll guide you through the process and recommend the best option for each brand.
-
Indent (Pre-Order / Made to Order)
Most fashion brands operate on an indent model.
Orders are placed during seasonal selling windows
Products are made after orders are confirmed
Delivery is typically 5–7 months later
Typical buying windows:
Summer collections: Jan–Feb → delivery Aug–Sept
Winter collections: Jul–Aug → delivery Feb–Mar
Indent ordering gives you access to full collections, complete size runs and key styles.
-
In-season ordering refers to reordering or placing additional orders for fashion brands after the initial indent window has closed.
Used to top up bestsellers during the season
Stock availability is limited to what the brand has on hand
Full size runs and styles are not always available
In-season ordering is a great way to maximise strong sellers, but indent ordering remains the best way to secure your full collection.
-
Stock service brands are available to order all year round.
Products are in stock and ready for immediate delivery
Lower minimums generally apply
Easy to reorder as needed
This is ideal for everyday essentials, gifting, and consistent core product lines within your store.

Minimums vary by brand, but as a general guide:

I’ll help you build an order that suits your store, customer and budget.
